Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@wmart.ae with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they have been personalized.
  • Final-sale or limited items are also non-returnable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or resolve the issue.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

6. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

7. Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy applies.

8. Compliance & Legal Notice

All return, exchange, and refund processes at Wonder Mart are governed by:

  • UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
  • Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2020 (Executive Regulations)
  • Regulations of UAE economic departments governing e-commerce practices

In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations and the competent authorities.
