Refund policy

Wonder Mart Online Store Return Policy:

At Wonder Mart, customer satisfaction is a key priority. However, all returns, exchanges, and refunds must strictly follow the terms and conditions outlined below, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Wonder Mart reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

2. Inspection & Refund Approval

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection.

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated once inspection is completed.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, delivery charges, and service fees are non-refundable, unless the item is proven defective or supplied incorrectly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products opened or used by the customer

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., earphones, personal care items, etc.)

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance, final-sale, or limited-edition items

These exclusions comply with UAE hygiene and consumer protection regulations.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Customers must report damaged or defective products within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Wonder Mart will assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

  • Customers retain the right to report manufacturing defects when discovered, provided no misuse or damage caused by the customer is evident.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item was sent

    • An error occurred from Wonder Mart

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipment receipt.


6. Store Credit Option

If preferred, customers may request store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy applies.


8. Compliance & Legal Notice

All return, exchange, and refund processes at Wonder Mart are governed by:

  • UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection

  • Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2020 (Executive Regulations)

  • Regulations of UAE economic departments governing e-commerce practices

In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations and the competent authorities.
