1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Certain specialty or manufacturer-origin products may require additional handling time; this will be indicated on the product page when applicable.

  • Weekends and official UAE public holidays are not counted as business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Wonder Mart is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Local Delivery – United Arab Emirates

  • Standard UAE delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Remote or special-handling locations may require additional time.

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes up to 10 working days, depending on:

    • Destination country

    • Chosen shipping method

    • Courier company performance

    • Customs procedures

International delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Available shipping options and corresponding costs will appear during checkout.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on:

    • Shipment weight and size

    • Selected delivery service

  • Expedited services (if available) will be offered at an additional cost.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, inspection fees, or administrative charges imposed by their country.

  • Wonder Mart is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or for any additional charges that may occur.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking link

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and ensuring availability at the time of delivery.


6. Shipping Delays

While Wonder Mart strives to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • High-volume peak seasons

Wonder Mart is not liable for delays caused by external logistics factors.


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Any changes requested after dispatch will be treated according to the Return & Exchange Policy.


8. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Wonder Mart is no longer responsible for loss or theft.

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address is safe and secure.

  • If you believe your package is lost or misplaced, contact us at customerservice@wmart.ae, and we will assist in coordinating with the courier.
