Compatibility & Placement
A phone or case with a compatible magnetic interface is required. Magnetic grip can vary by phone, case thickness and alignment. Suction will not work reliably on rough, porous, curved or uneven surfaces. In a vehicle, position the holder where it does not obstruct your view, controls or airbags.
Before First Use
- Remove the protective film from the suction surface.
- Charge the holder before first use with a compatible charger below 15W.
- Clean and dry the selected flat surface.
- Press the suction surface against the mounting area and activate it using the side button.
- Check that the mount is secure before attaching your phone.
The USB-C port powers and charges the holder’s suction mechanism; it does not charge the attached phone.
What’s Included
- 1 × magnetic vacuum phone holder

One-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse, incompatible charging, unsuitable mounting surfaces, incorrect installation, normal wear or external factors is not covered.
